Note : From this year, for creating an account on Genie requires Korean phone number.
Though, if you have previously created a genie account using your phone number and a SNS, you can still log back in using the your account credentials or the same SNS you used before while creating.
(SNS used to create an account: Twitter, KakaoTalk, Facebook or Apple)

(Rent a Genie account from the sellers above)

1. Click ‘로그인’ on top right corner
2. Log in with Genie ID

How to redeem pass/code

(PC/IOS Browser)
1. Log-in
2. Click ‘상품권등록’ or ‘Register Gift Certificate’ on the top left corner
3. Make sure it’s on ‘상품권' or gift card and enter code then click the box beside
4. Click blue box and your code has been registered

(App)
1. Go to Genie app and click horizontal ||| (at the bottom right of your screen)
2. Scroll down and click ‘상품권 등록’
3. Enter your code and click the blue button
4. Click ‘이용권 보관함 가기’
5. Go to your profile and if you see ‘음악감상 50회 (30일, 상품권)’ you are ready to stream

How to Stream

1. Manually search ‘BAEKHYUN’ or ‘백현’
2. Click on BAEKHYUN’s profile
3. Like BAEKHYUN profile (don’t forget to like their profile)
4. Click ‘대표곡’
5. Click on the song and press ▶ on the lower left
6. Make sure quality is AAC+ and volume is above 50%
7. Press the heart and make sure LOOP & SHUFFLE button is off

How to make a playlist

1. Manually search ‘BAEKHYUN’ or ‘백현’
2. Click on BAEKHYUN profile
3. Click ‘대표곡’
4. Select songs and press ‘추가’

How to download song
1. Select the song
2. Click ‘다운’ (arrow down icon)
3. Choose MP3
4. Click ‘차감 후 다운받기’
5. Click ‘기구매다운’
6. Click ‘다운로드 시작’ to download
